This website is operated by Evergreen Business Solutions Inc., doing business as Growth Assurance, of Unit B-1450 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0G4, Canada. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you engage us for services, the specific details of your campaign are agreed separately in writing, and that agreement governs where the two differ.

What we do

Growth Assurance provides performance-based digital advertising management, primarily on Google and Meta. Before launch, we agree on a campaign target with you, such as cost per booking, cost per customer acquired, or return on ad spend.

The performance model

We build the campaign assets — landing page, call tracking, click-fraud protection, and campaign setup — at no charge. Our management fee is 15% of ad spend, billed monthly, and it begins only after the tracked numbers show your agreed target has been met. The fee applies going forward from that point; nothing is charged retroactively.

Your ad budget (minimum $1,500 per month) is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms. It never passes through us, and we earn nothing from it. Target performance is measured against the call and form tracking data that you and we both see.

No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes are shaped by your market, your offer, and how your business handles leads. No one fully controls those things, and we do not guarantee any particular result. The performance model changes when our fee applies; it is not a promise of specific outcomes.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, to hold and fund your own advertising accounts, and to comply with the policies of the advertising platforms and the laws that apply to your business, including the honest handling of any leads generated.

Fees, cancellation, and termination

There are no setup fees, deposits, retainers, or lock-in contracts. Either you or we may end the engagement at any time. Fees already earned for services provided remain payable; nothing else is owed after cancellation.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Evergreen Business Solutions Inc. and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Ownership and handling of materials created for your campaign are set out in your written engagement agreement.

Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms are independent companies with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their services, pricing, or decisions, including account reviews or ad approvals.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen Business Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the management fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Manitoba.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with an updated date at the top.
